Frequently Asked Questions

What to know before we create.

Answers about planning, production, revisions, delivery, usage rights, and working with Clip Mora Films.

What does Clip Mora Films create?

We create Stories-format photo and video content designed for mobile-first brand communication. Services include Behind-the-Scenes Content, Launch Countdowns, Stories Campaigns, and flexible Photo & Video Packs. Each project is shaped around your message, audience, and publishing schedule.

How do we start a project?

Contact us with a short description of your brand, campaign, preferred service, target dates, and location. We will follow up to discuss the scope, creative direction, deliverables, and production needs before providing a project proposal.

How long does a typical project take?

Timing depends on the number of assets, shoot requirements, locations, and review process. A focused content pack may take one to three weeks from planning through final delivery, while larger Stories campaigns or launch countdowns may require additional lead time.

How many revisions are included?

The included revision rounds are stated in each proposal. Revisions generally cover reasonable editing adjustments, such as pacing, shot selection, text placement, color, or music changes. New concepts, added deliverables, or major direction changes may require an updated scope.

Who owns the finished content?

Usage rights are defined in the project agreement. Rights may vary based on intended channels, campaign duration, paid advertising, talent, music, and third-party assets. We make these terms clear before production begins so your team knows where and how the content may be used.

Do you provide raw footage or project files?

Raw footage and editable project files are not automatically included. If your team needs source material, ask during planning so we can address file preparation, transfer, storage, and applicable licensing in the proposal.

Can you film outside San Diego?

Yes. Our office is in San Diego, and travel may be available for productions elsewhere. Travel time, transportation, lodging, permits, and location-related costs are reviewed and approved as part of the project scope.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We can work from your brand guide, campaign brief, messaging, references, and existing visual assets. Sharing these materials early helps us maintain consistency while adapting the creative for vertical, Stories-format viewing.

When are you available?

Clip Mora Films is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT. Production dates are scheduled according to project requirements and availability. Early outreach is recommended for launches, events, or campaigns with fixed publishing dates.
